Full payment is required before dispatch.
Subscription services are available for recurring orders.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We only ship within the United Kingdom.
Handling time: 2 working days.
Estimated delivery time: 3 working days from dispatch.
Free delivery is available for orders over £35.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Delivery times are estimates only and delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened items.
