Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Eden Spice Limited. This Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning items purchased from our website edenspice.uk.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed spice products only.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or tampered-with spice packets cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.


2. Return Window

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Start a Return

  • Please contact us first at hello@edenspice.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

    • Photos if the product is faulty or damaged.

  • We will provide return instructions and the return address (Benfleet, Essex).

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • If you change your mind or order the wrong item:

    • You are responsible for return postage costs.

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a free replacement.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card) once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • We process refunds within 5 working days, but please allow up to 14 days as per UK consumer law.

  • Refund includes:

    • The item price, and

    • The original standard delivery cost (Tracked 48).

  • If you chose express shipping (Tracked 24), the extra cost is non-refundable.

  • We do not deduct shipping costs for orders that qualified for free delivery.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the issue and packaging to process your claim with Royal Mail.

  • We will offer either:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund, including shipping fees.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or tampered packages (for hygiene reasons).

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless faulty).

  • Items returned after 14 days without prior agreement.


8. Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, your order will be refunded instead.
