Pinch of salt
Instructions

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring until oats are creamy and apples are tender.
Stir in honey or maple syrup.
Divide into bowls and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Serve warm.
Why Use Ceylon Cinnamon?
Unlike common cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon has a lighter, more refined flavour with natural sweetness and subtle citrus notes. Its gentle warmth pairs beautifully with fresh apples, making your breakfast both aromatic and wholesome.
Using Eden Spice’s authentic Ceylon cinnamon powder ensures you enjoy the freshest, most fragrant spice, sourced directly from Sri Lanka.
