At Eden Spice Limited, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely using Royal Mail’s trusted tracked services. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, PO Boxes, and BFPO addresses.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following delivery options via Royal Mail:

Tracked 48: £3.99 (Free for orders of £35 or above)

Tracked 24: £4.79 (Express option – always chargeable regardless of order value)
All parcels are fully tracked, and you will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Handling and Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday or during weekends will be processed from the following Monday.

Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Tracked 48: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Tracked 24: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, unforeseen disruptions).
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

Please allow a few hours for Royal Mail’s tracking information to update in their system.
6. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us because of:

An incorrect/incomplete address, or
-
Failure to collect the parcel after a missed delivery attempt,
we can: -
Resend the order once you pay for a second shipping charge, or
-
Refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@edenspice.uk within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We may offer a replacement or refund after investigating the issue with Royal Mail.

Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage to help us process your claim.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to Royal Mail delays, strikes, severe weather, or emergencies.
